92) An original WW2 era RN double breasted jacket & trousers. Named in both jacket and trousers to J.Heale RNVR and dated 1944. The jacket cuff rank is that of Sub-Lieutenant.We think that the maroon/purple cloth represents medical but we are not sure? all Kings crown officers buttons are in place. The jacket is in good order but dusty and in need of a brush down. It has a few very minor moth surface marks in places but nothing that shows and really very minor with no holes that we can see. The medal ribbons are original to the jacket and that of 1939-45 star and Atlantic medal with rosette (he would have been entitled to more) The inside is in nice order. the inside breast pocket label is in place, good and clear. In the pocket is a pair of his original removable epaulettes with same colours and rank but not from this and more likely an RN battledress or tropical uniform. they are in good order but show wear from use. The trousers are again in great order with same label and details and just need a brush over. They show just very slight surface moth trails and a couple of small holes but again nothing significant or that stands out and easily mended.
