AAX) Very Nice Unidentified Original High Quality Victorian Helmet or Pouch Badge

AAX) A really very fine original Victorian army issue badge, the badge is pretty large so off a helmet or more likely a pouch? We have not had a chance to research this so not sure which regiment it is to? It is in lovely condition and has a beautifully made center with cut out “VR” along with Latin motto. Th rear is again excellent and has 3 screw posts in place, all are good but the nuts have long since gone. it stands 3 inches tall.
