Product Description

A pretty tatty original group photograph of members of the Royal Engineers in KD uniform. As can be seen in the photos the picture is a little tatty and dirty and has clearly been folded in half at some point, all men are clear to make out and it may be possible to clean it up a bit. Interestingly all of the mans details are marked to the rear with his original paperwork, address, release number and a small photograph of him so it would be possible to determine which one he is in the photograph, “1783608 L/Cpl Saunders D.C.”. The info to the rear shows that he was in the Royal Artillery from March 1941 to February 1943, he then changed to the Royal Engineers in Feb 1942 until his release in 1946. The photograph is of him in the Royal Engineers so between early 1943 and 1946. It measures 11 ½ inches x 7 ½ inches.
