A pair of un-issued economy
utility straps as used for general straps and often seen across the small/large
pack holding the helmet in place, this pattern is made from a rubberised
fabric, this material was also used for shoulder straps, side packs, L-strap
rifle slings etc and was mostly issued to the Home Guard members. The straps
are in excellent condition with matching makers and dated 1941.
