WW2 Era US Navy Sailors Blue Serge Top & Insignia

A WW2 era US navy blue serge top complete with insignia, not sure on insignia details but all original to the jacket, all in nice clean condition rear label long since gone.
Measurements are shoulder to shoulder 18 inches, shoulder to cuff 25 inches, armpit to armpit 20 inches, total length collar to hem 26 inches.
